Manage or cancel your subscription

The subscription goes through Apple. On your iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Kilan, or this page. It stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Restore a purchase

On a new iPhone or after reinstalling Kilan: on the plans screen, tap "Restore purchases", with the same Apple account.

Find your data again

Sign in with Apple in Kilan's Settings: your meals and profile follow you to another iPhone. Without signing in, they stay tied to this iPhone.

Apple Health

Kilan reads your steps, active energy, sleep and weight only if you allow it. To change that: Health app > your profile picture > Privacy > Apps > Kilan.

Delete your account

In Kilan: Settings > Delete my account. Your meals, profile, favorites and circle are erased for good. The Apple subscription is cancelled separately (see above).
